In true Italian fashion, guests at Chef Massimiliano’s restaurant don’t call to reserve a time; they reserve a table, where they converse, laugh and enjoy multiple courses for hours as they drink wine retrieved from the wine cellar. They warm up in the glow of the old, stone fireplace as it crackles in the background in the refurbished, centuries-old farm building turned restaurant.
From the modern kitchen in the back, Chef Massimiliano handily works with the fresh herbs he gathers from the restaurant courtyard in the preparation of some of his favorite regional dishes.
