Pasta with Tri-Color Sauce

Pasta con sugo tricolore

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Pasta Lensi Spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small yellow pepper, seeded & diced
  • 8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Wine Pairing: Prosecco (Veneto Region)

Pasta Lensi's Spaghetti

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain.

Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add chili pepper, basil, and chives and sauté for 3 minutes. Add hot pasta, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Blend well and cook over moderate heat for 1 minute.

Stir in Parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Mangiare bene.
